Herman has been in the support service industry for longer than he cares to remember. His interest evolved from being a full time programmer to a network engineer. He has gained a lot of experience and primarily supported Netware and Microsoft Platforms through-out his career. Herman joined NIT in 2006 and has come up through the engineering and sales route into management.
Chris van Dyk, Senior Server Analyst
With over 8 years of experience, Chris has developed skills that have been gained through establishing and implementing several full IT projects. He designs and implements networks and infrastructures from initial conception to completion. Apart from this function, Chris is also the person that monitors all of your critical servers and devices. He will make recommendations based on the information he gathers from monitoring network performance.
Ryno de Lange, Support Desk and Operations Manager
Ryno is the Support Desk Anchor man, so when you phone for support you will most probably speak with him. He is responsible for the remote support and monitoring of your system and also the dispatch of technicians. Ryno attained his IT Engineering Diploma in 2002 and has since been involved with several IT Providers as IT Administrator. He joined NIT in 2007 as a Technical Consultant and has advanced to Operations Manager. He is a great all-rounder that pays unmatched;attention to detail.
Mariette Ploeger, Office Administrator
Mariette has served the industry for over 5 years. She has astounding good knowledge of computer equipment and applications. She has superb customer relations management experience that she gained in the UAE. Mariëtte has joined NIT in 2008 to take special care of our customers. She is responsible for Supplier and Customer communication.
